What's the catch?
  • Delivery is UK mainland only. Highlands & islands quoted at cost.
  • Swim spa crane/Hiab is customer-arranged. A local crane/Hiab company unloads and positions the swim spa from our vehicle into your designated place. You book and pay them directly; our team then installs and demos the swim spa.
  • Your site needs to be ready. Level, accessible base; you send us a walkthrough video before delivery.
  • Starter chemistry covers the first 90 days. After that you'll buy your own.
  • Warranty is tiered, not flat 5 years. Shell is 5 years; equipment is 2 years; cover is 1 year.
How it works

Two zones, one body of water.

/ 01

Swim zone

Counter-current jet generates a wide, smooth column of water. You swim on the spot, with a touch-screen speed control. No turns, no kick-off, no lane sharing.

  • Variable current pace
  • Aqua-running tether mount
  • Resistance walking depth
/ 02

Hydro zone

A separate bench with a full hot-tub jet count. Shoulder, lumbar, calf and foot pressure points. Same pump, same shell, same water — step from your swim straight onto the bench.

  • Targeted hydrotherapy jets
  • Independent temperature feel
  • 32–40 °C, year-round

What the body does

Warm water is not just nice.
It is doing real work.

−5 mmHg

Average drop in systolic blood pressure after eight weeks of regular hot-water immersion.

Mayo Clinic Proceedings, 2016
+50%

Increase in lower-limb blood flow during a 38 °C immersion vs resting cardiac output.

Eur. J. Applied Physiology
47%

Reduction in chronic lower-back pain reported across hydrotherapy + warm-water exercise trials.

Arthritis & Rheumatology
−40%

Lower all-cause mortality in cohort studies of high-frequency sauna + warm-water bathing.

JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015
What ownership feels like

Your first 90 days in the water.

01

Day 1

Crew lifts, levels, fills, balances chemistry. You float for 20 minutes after a five-minute walkthrough. Sleep that night is unusually long.

02

Week 1

Three swim sessions and two soaks. Stiff hips loosen. The morning swim becomes the alarm clock.

03

Week 4

Resting heart rate is down 4–6 bpm. You stop dreading rainy mornings — the water is the same temperature regardless.

04

Month 3

Lower-back stiffness gone. VO₂ max trending up. Family soaks on Sunday evenings have become a thing.

Before you decide

The questions worth asking.

A swim spa is a 5-figure decision. Talk to one of our specialists if you need to walk through the install path, the running cost, or whether the lap zone fits your stroke.

Talk to a specialist →
/01 Can I really swim laps in this?
Yes — that is the entire point of the counter-current jet. The water moves toward you at a steady pace; you swim on the spot against it. Compact models give you a brisk training current; Crossover and Endless lap models scale up to genuine race-pace effort. The current is variable on every model.
/02 Do I need an electrician?
Compact and Crossover models run from a standard outdoor 13 A socket — no electrician required. Endless lap models run on a dedicated 32 A circuit so the swim and hydro pumps can operate independently at full pace; for those, you’ll want a qualified electrician to install the supply.
/03 What about the foundations?
A reinforced 100 mm concrete slab or a level structural deck is enough, with no pool excavation required. Send us a walkthrough video of the access route at least 5 days before delivery, so the lift, level and fill all happen in one visit. The video is for guidance only, so please measure the tightest points yourself too.
/04 How much does it cost to run?
Typical UK running cost is £80–£140/month depending on use, tariff and outdoor temperatures. Pair the swim spa with our optional Air Source heat pump and that drops by roughly 75% — heat pumps move heat rather than generate it, so the same warm water costs a quarter of the electricity.
/05 Can I use it in winter?
Yes, every day. Full-foam insulation plus a thermal cover holds heat overnight even at -5 °C. The water lives at 32–40 °C year-round; you swim, soak and step out.
/06 How often do I change the water?
Every 3–4 months for typical household use. Daily routine is a 30-second skim and a chemistry check; we hand over a starter kit and a 30-minute walkthrough on delivery so it’s a 5-minute weekly job, not a project.
/07 What’s the warranty?
5 years on the shell and structure, 2 years on equipment (pumps, heater, control pack), 1 year on the cover. Installation is included, with support from our UK desk.
/08 How long does delivery take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from order. We confirm a delivery date once your base is ready and we have your access walkthrough video; balance payment is due 24 hours before the lift.
The full protocol

A swim opens the body.
Heat and cold finish it.

Pair this swim spa with a sauna and an ice bath and you have the full kontrastbad loop: open, dilate, constrict, repeat. One garden, three modalities, daily wellness.
