Saunas, built
the Baltic way.
Crafted from 40 mm thermo spruce with full-glass fronts. Eight cabins across three families (cube, barrel and indoor infrared) delivered flat-packed for self-assembly, or built on site by a UK partner crew.
Three forms.
Eight cabins.
One expert craft.
The science is clear.
The hard part is making it happen.
Research says cortisol (the stress hormone) drops within 15 minutes. Skin blood flow rises 5×. Sleep quality improves measurably inside two weeks. Owning your own sauna stops it being a one-off treat with occasional benefits and turns it into your everyday. Three sessions a week is what the data says is optimal.
- Lower cortisol
- Better sleep
- Faster recovery
- Glowing skin
- Solo or shared

Each cabin is built from thermo-modified Nordic Spruce, heat-treated at 200–220 °C in the absence of oxygen. The process is 100% chemical-free, so durability is built in within preservatives. The wood is sourced from certified Northern European forests and gains a deeper grain over the years.

Increased durability
Resistant to rot, fungus and insects without chemical treatment.
Improved stability
Lower moisture content means almost no warping or shrinkage.
Enhanced appearance
Deep, even brown tone that ages gracefully under UV.
Fire-resistant
Carbonised surface burns slower than untreated softwood.
More sustainable
PEFC-certified spruce, no preservatives, fully recyclable.
Engineered to live outside.
Thermo-treated spruce, ball-and-socket joinery, polymer support cradles. No concrete required. No annual oiling. The cabin sits on any flat surface, sheds water, handles snow loads, and performs in a UK winter the way it does in a Finnish one.
Heats quickly
The cube and barrel forms reach 80 °C 25% faster than a flat-walled cabin of the same volume.
Distributes heat
Curved walls push hot air back down to bench level instead of trapping it at the ceiling.
Saves energy
Less air to heat, thicker insulating staves, exterior remains cool to the touch.
Accommodates flux
Ball-and-socket joinery lets wood expand and contract within the steel bands without splitting.
Zero maintenance
Naturally sheds water, handles snow loads. Polymer cradles mean no concrete base required.
Adds property value
A well-maintained outdoor sauna with a durable shingled roof can measurably increase a property's value.
Pair with an electric or wood-burning heater on the cabin page.
Cube and barrel cabins pair with either a Harvia electric heater or a wood burner. Pick the fuel type and size that suits your cabin on the product page. Indoor infrared cabins ship with carbon emitters built in, no separate heater needed.

Saunas are the heart of any wellness yard, an outdoor space designed for recovery, ritual, and rest.
Cube, barrel or infrared
Three families, priced from £2,995 to £7,495. Cube cabins are the flat-panel design that suits a modern garden, barrel cabins heat faster because there is less air to warm, and infrared cabins are a different thing altogether.
Cube and barrel are traditional saunas. They ship without a heater so you can match one to the cabin size, and we fit either a 6.8 kW or a 9 kW Harvia depending on the model. They run hot, around 80 to 90 degrees, with the option to throw water on the stones.
Infrared cabins have carbon emitters built in, run from a standard 13 amp socket, and sit at a much lower air temperature. The heat reaches you directly rather than heating the room first, so sessions are longer and gentler. If you are weighing the two, our guide to infrared versus traditional saunas covers the difference properly, and the science of sauna covers what the research actually found.
Cabins come with a two year manufacturer warranty and free UK mainland delivery. Assembly is not included: most cabins are designed to be built by two people over a day, and if you would rather not, the crew assembly service is £995 and can be added at checkout.
